Cost of unlocked iPhone 4 in the world

Thinking of getting the latest iPhone 4, but do not want a locked phone? Below is a chart by iphone-ticker.de for a list of unlocked iPhone around the globe. Looks like Hong Kong and Singapore offer the lowest price.

Sweet! I would like to get my hands on the iPhone 4 white, but it is still in its cage. I guess manufacturing difficulty is crap, but Apple is working to solve the antenna issue.
